A Tuesday is reserved for the organization in a selected week.
Each organization is emailed a copy in PDF format of a flyer and tickets to email, copy and distribute to supporters, family and friends. The PDF format may also allow supporters to download tickets from your website. The tickets are valid only on the reserved day. Tickets may be turned in for lunch, dinner and carryout on that day. Tickets may not be used to purchase gift certificates or merchandise.
Servers will attach the ticket to the check and that sale will be counted in a total tally of sales that have the tickets attached.
The organization will receive 15% of food and beverage sales (alcohol excluded) that have the flyer attached to guest check.
Dining For Dollars FUNdraiser Rules:
Patrons must have a ticket to have their sale counted in the total tally. Photocopies or prints from a computer printer WILL be accepted.
Seating cannot be guaranteed for large parties. Even though it is the organization's scheduled day the Historic White cannot give preferential seating. Encourage friends and family to dine at the Historic White Horse Inn throughout the day. Parties of 7 or more will need to contact the Historic White Horse Inn for seating approval. A large party may have an additional wait.
Organizations cannot distribute flyers on the premises of the Historic White Horse Inn property.
In accordance to our no solicitation policy, organizations are not permitted to display or distribute any signage, pamphlets, or other propaganda for the organization's scheduled fundraiser on premises of the Historic White Horse Inn.
PLEASE NOTE: You must receive approval from ANY private property owner if you wish to distribute/solicit flyers on premises. This includes placing them on cars, handing them out at shopping centers and inserting them in mailboxes. The organization is responsible for paying any littering or postal fines accrued if this rule is violated. The Historic White Horse Inn strongly discourages this method of flyer distribution.
For the purpose of extending realistic expectations, a Dining For Dollars FUNdraiser that brings in $1,000 in food and non-alcoholic beverage sales, the donation will be $150.
The Organization Provides:
Distribution of flyers and Dining For Dollars FUNDdraiser tickets (not on the Historic White Horse Inn premises).
Enthusiasm and encouragement to dine at the Historic White Horse Inn on the selected date.
Proof of organization or persons need. Copy of Federal Employer Identification Number for licensed not for profit organizations.
The Historic White Horse Inn Provides:
A PFD format copy of your flyer and tickets for organization to email, copy and distribute.
Sample press release (if it is requested).
A great atmosphere for the organizations friends, family and supporters.
Proceeds check mailed within 7 days of Dining For Dollars FUNraiser.
